Perjuangan para tenaga pendidik di Kabupaten Tabalong dipotret secara nyata lewat film Paguruan 4.0. Deni Ranoptri, seorang Guru SDN 1 Nawin Hilir, berprinsip bahwa pendidikan harus selalu mengikuti perubahan global, terlepas dari tempat tinggalnya yang di pelosok desa. Deni berusaha memanfaatkan TIK sebagai media untuk membantu guru-guru mengembangkan modul pembelajaran. Sayangnya, beberapa guru senior belum mampu beradaptasi dengan sistem pendidikan berbasis digital. Di tengah tuntutan penguasaan TIK dalam menjalankan kurikulum pendidikan yang diterapkan pemerintah, guru senior mau tidak mau harus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi yang konon dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran maupun kegiatan kelas.----The struggle of the teachers in Tabalong Regency are realistically captured in the film Paguruan 4.0. Deni Ranopatri, an elementary school teacher in SDN 1 Nawin Hilir, has always believed that education should adapt globally, despite him living in a bucolic environment. Deni tries to utilize ICT as a tool to help teachers develop teaching modules. Unfortunately, quite a few senior teachers are facing difficulty in adapting to a digital based education system. Under the demand for ICT skills in the application of the newest curriculum, senior teachers are forced to acclimate the advances of technology that supposedly help to elevate teaching-learning quality as well as class’ dynamic.
