Meet Hosea (Tremayne Blair), a good-hearted single guy who works as an elementary school gym teacher. Guided by a childhood dream from God, he eagerly anticipates marrying his perfect wife. However, when he encounters Sonya, whom he believes to be the one, he discovers God’s choice is Arianna (Kelsey Delemar), a prostitute. Obedient to his divine assignment, Hosea marries Arianna, only to confront unexpected challenges on their journey to a happily ever after. 

The story is narrated by an older Hosea (Cameron Arnett) who is writing his memoir on how God used his marriage as a living example to demonstrate His love for people and the challenges he endured because of his obedience to God.
